Hi, I’m Andriani Bougatsou.
My journey began in Greece, where I studied Accounting & Finance, before moving to London to complete my MSc at LSE. Finding my first job in London during the financial crisis was my first real encounter with uncertainty, rejection and self-doubt.
It was then that I realised that self-awareness, discovering my values and understanding my needs were essential to finding the direction I truly wanted — a place where I could feel at peace and thrive. Soon after, I joined a leading UK firm, was promoted twice within two years into Strategy and Commercial Management, qualified as a Management Accountant with CIMA, and received the annual Best Recognition Award in my department.
My transitions continued. I returned to Greece, navigated new working environments and eventually found my way back to Strategy. These experiences shaped one of my strongest beliefs: deep down, we know who we are, what we value and how we want to experience our lives. Our Ithaca journey is the path where our strengths, values and energy come together — where we can grow, thrive and become our best selves.
Today, I have made it my purpose to help others uncover their strengths, embrace their uniqueness, and have the courage to create a life and career that feels truly their own.
From Business to Life Strategy
For 15 years, I worked in Strategy, helping businesses understand their environment, anticipate change and make the most of opportunities. I realised that our lives are not so different.
We all transition — into new jobs, roles, relationships, parenthood, leadership and new versions of ourselves. And every transition asks us: Who am I? What do I bring to the table? What am I willing to change? What do I truly want?
As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I combine strategy with coaching to help you build your own Strategic Journey — gaining clarity on where you are going, why, and how to get there with confidence.
