FAQs
How is coaching different from therapy or counselling?
1
Coaching is primarily future-focused and centred on growth, clarity and action. It helps you understand where you are, where you want to go, and what may be holding you back.
Therapy and counselling generally focus more on healing, emotional wellbeing and working through past experiences or psychological difficulties.
Coaching is not therapy or a substitute for mental health support. It is a space to reflect, discover your strengths and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
How long does coaching take?
2
Duration is subject to your goals and specific needs. I support clients for more than 2 years while others find that a few sessions are enough. We discuss together what is the best course of action for you.
What can I expect from the session?
3
The session is a 60- minute confidential conversation where I listen actively, ask provoking questions, and guide you to new insights. It is a safe space for you to bring up your request where I will help you reflect and uncover what really matters. In the end of the session, you take away actionable next steps to pursue and a very inspiring energy to move forward.
Book your 30- minute free introductory session where we get to know each, explore your needs and see if we are the right fit for each other. There is no commitment required.
